Using the surgical tweezers provided, the player has to very carefully remove the ten body parts as quickly as possible without touching the patient’s body. The player is given 3 lives with which to remove as many parts as possible in 60 seconds.
An electronically generated heart beat and voice adds to the fun, warning the player that the patient will call his lawyer if he is touched and ending with the sound of an ambulance siren once all three lives have been lost.
